The postal service was not kind to it. Could use fragile signage on the packaging in future. It arrived a bit bent but thankfully we managed to straighten it out. The item is ordered in from elsewhere and then sent out to you, so the item location and subsequent delivery date are a bit misleading. Arrived almost 2 weeks later than the estimated delivery date as a result.
