    Good product to help regulate hormones

    Menopausal oral hormones (estrogen/progesterone) seem to go light on the progesterone. Some of us need a little more to feel better. Progesterone helps with regulating weight as well as sleep. Too much estrogen can cause breast pain and bloating. Use this twice daily as directed and you will notice improvements.
