    The communication is unbelievable, super fast responses and even after receiving my replacement key Dave has been very helpful. I'm new to boating and he has answered all my questions and even helped me with an electrical issue. The replacement key was bit pricey but I wasn't charged until I knew the full price and for my situation it included the replacment key, adding a tune to the computer, erasing any codes, and I was able to get info on how many hours were on my boat.
