I would have appreciated knowing that. Instead, I d get new arrival times--but only after the stated arrival day had passed. I wasted a lot of time waiting because I was told I d have to sign for the rug. The seller did get in touch eventually, but response was not timely or helpful during the process.

They advertised the rug as a “Crate and Barrel” rug in two places in the listing deliberately misrepresenting the subpar rug I eventually received. I contacted them but they never responded. eBay eventually got involved but I ended up not returning the rug because I wouldn’t have had to pay to have it packaged for shipment, which was super expensive. Plus I wasn’t confidant the seller would refund me since they never responded to me.
