    Tiny and bright!

    This SAD light is the size of an iPad, and gives off a blast of light that is calming and uplifting. I use it every other day for now, while I'm eating breakfast. It's a perfect new habit that can change my outlook on life.

    dont know yet (wrong plug and missing part)

    I am from Europe (Romania) and i received the product with the part used to keep the lamp standing, missing. Also, I cannot use it for the moment because it has the wrong kind of socket, that we don't use in Europe, so i need to buy sth to make it fit.

    Happy Beach Day!

    I just love my verilux happy light. It is very bright and reminds me of bright sunshine, I think it really does brighten my mood for the day. Even when it is damp and overcast it is sunny and bright in my kitchen. It is so bright it actually reminds me of being at the beach. Highly recommended!

    Bright!

    The brightness is amazing; I've only tried it a few times, so I can't say for sure if it helps SAD but I sure hope so. We have so many overcast days where I live that I'm sure sitting by this happy light will help we with the winter blues.
