    Ordered an Acrylic Case to store my Pokemon 151 UPC. Packaged arrive, unfortunately the acrylic had a 3 inch scratch on the main display of the acrylic.     Item was listed as brand new but arrived clearly used, with visible hair inside the head and signs of prior use. I even included a note with my order asking the seller to verify the condition before shipping. They ignored it. Very disappointing experience. Seller was unresponsive and careless. I also lost $21 in taxes because of this. Would not buy from this seller again.
