Unfortunately the shipping people put a huge hole in the box and the little baggie of screws fell out. The seller responded immediately when I messaged them and sent me money back to cover the lost parts. Even though it wasn't much to replace the screws I respect that the seller made things right even thought it wasn't their fault. Solid page to buy from.

The drive itself was placed in an USPS envelope and then put inside an oversized box filled with plenty of packing peanuts. The item arrived without a single scratch.
