I bought this to try an Intel processor and have always used Asrock boards but after getting 2 bad boards from them and hassle about returns I went with this Asus. I have always been an AMD person and thought Id try Intel. The board works great got all the options that I was looking for for building my first Intel gaming rig.So far the performance has been good. I have no complaints about this board as of yet. I have only had it for about a month so we will see.
Great board actually, but mine shipped with bent pins I had to tend to before I could enjoy it. Anyway, this board has everything you need for everyday gaming use, including optical out for audio which is what I had to have.

This motherboard has been stable as a rock. The voltages are extremely solid. Recognizes the 4 different types of memory XMP profiles I stuck in it, with proper settings/voltages. Runs Nvidia video cards in sli with zero problem. And it gets through bios post in under 3 seconds. Not to mention the choices for overclocking and adjusting everything in the bios it's self. I highly recommend this board to anyone.
