Arrived well packed, however color not as described.. Described in listing as “Orange” however this is truly “ Amber” seller needs to compare to other glass to correctly describe color.. I questioned this by the photos but assumed it was their lighting.. I love it all the same as Amber was also a color of butterfly that I was searching for.. this is in beautiful condition..

Item shipped not same as pictured, my coil was chewed on by some unknown animal. You could visibly see frayed wires of coil. Not sure why seller even packaged item and mailed it. Reached out with 3 separate messages no response buyer beware with this seller.

Problem was resolved refund was given. Still don’t have my machine fixed, will probably buy new substitute part.
