Couldn't find the item I paid for. Offered my choice of 3 similar items. I chose 2 of them & paid the same price for the second one. Both arrived with fingers broken off. When I contacted her about it she denied they were broken before shipping. She said sorry & to keep the packaging & contact the post office. I went through the packaging materials & the broken fingers were not there. Not a satisfactory experience.

Horrible. They just put this GLASS rolling pin in a tube shipping container and of course it broke.no padding what so ever. He wanted me to make a claim with USPS and refused to do anyting else. Horrible seller.
