Buyer beware. It was my first time from this seller as the quality of the work appeared high. When I didn't receive order by expected date, I reached out to Seller. They didn't communicate that order would be delayed. When requesting a discount for the hassle it caused me, Seller did not respond, only revised the expected date. I did receive the item packaged in the box, but loosely together with another order. This item has a damaged coupler, inadequate packing.

I am sorry you were not happy with this order. I never received a message from you depicting you were unsatisfied. If you requested a refund I would have given you a full refund for the damaged item. Both Items were packaged in there original manufacture packaging and shipped safely. I am more than willing to work with all my customers and guarantee my products.
