Very fast communication, the frame was well-packed, shipment was fast. The frame arrived with a small nick on the front tube collar, probably caused in transit. But, I found a metal shop that could repair it and Lynskey also sold me a replacement collar for $20. Overall, a good purchase from a good seller. Below is picture of the frame built up.

The front barrel adjustment was stripped.I paid 39.99+shipping +tax . He offered 10$ or send back. He said if I find anything wrong I’m keeping brakes and you get a partial refund. I took the 10$ because it was going to cost 10$ to ship and I don’t trust this seller.

I certainly was not aware of the issue this buyer claims, so to question my trustworthiness is unfair. Stripped threads could be the result of improper use or installation by the buyer. Was that the case here: I have no way of knowing. Nevertheless I offered a fair resolution and the buyer accepted. I don't know what else I could have done. My caveat regarding returning the item in the same condition as sold is standard practice.
