Received phone today and is in excellent condition given the fact it is not the newest phone on the market. A few blemishes as described in product description but they are barely noticeable. My only suggestion for future sales is to send the phone with a fully charged battery. Other than that, thanks a lot I am very pleased!!!

I ordered this phone thinking it would be the same size as my last blackberry curve. It wasn't. It's much larger, and the battery life is worse than my 5 year old iphone. Also there is no 3G or 4G support through the tmobile network so dont expect to use data if you are on this network.

I am a diehard Crackberry addict. I bought the 9900 to replace my 9780. I love the new OS 7 - faster web browsing, touch screen, larger display which is crystal clear.. The keyboard is so easy to use. I am actually typing this review on my Playbook using the 9900's keyboard thru bridge. I miss having two convenience keys and flash player. The camera is fine except for close ups. There is no shutter delay. The 9780 had a better camera. This is a gorgeous phone too. I love Blackberrys for the solid email and texting capabilities. I have all of my music on my phone taking advantage of the expandable memory. Bluetooth and Wifi work flawlessly as well as the Hotspot feature.. This device has a pretty decent app store. I would wait until the new OS 10 phones come out end of the year but if you had to purchase the 9900, you will be happy. Price is steep which is why there is no 5 stars. I'm SO impress with blackberry for coming out with the best phone ever. This phone is easy to use, durable, very high tech, love the features, perfect size, and love the apps. Specially the Blackberry Protect app. I would recommend this phone to anyone who is a blackberry fan. Purchased for wife who has an iPhone for work. Keypad and email, text features of Blackberry appealed to her. This is an excellent choice for someone who does not want to spend large swaths of their life accommodating a touchscreen system, doing what their already could do differently. In fact, if you aren't one of those people who just can't wait until a smartphone-plus device can be planted in your brain, but might more enjoy a walk in the park with a friend, give this phone a look.
I love this device. I feels good...Looks good...and works good as well...Once u have the bold 9900 in your hand u feel like a business person. Easy to operate..Super fast processor..no more of that annoying hour glass...my only dislike..the battery dies really fast with hardcore usage..so make sure have a spare or some type of portable charging device..other than that..the phone is GREAT!!!!
It's a great transition towards a smartphone. Touch screen plus keyboard was what I wanted. I am having some issues with the Sim Card recognition. not sure if it is a Phone issue or a Sim Card issue. Have not had the time to double check with my carrier T-Mobile. Otherwise it works perfectly!!

This is a great phone for the user who has to have a physical qwerty keyboard to go with their phone as well as a competent touch screen interface. Everything is there as you'd expect from a Blackberry. The only downside of a Blackberry phone is the lack of apps on it's store due to lack of developers interested in BB's operating system. Other than that it is a great phone for the price and for a user who loves physical keyboards with the ease and quickness of touchscreen navigation.
Best keyboard for txt and emails. Battery life easily gets me through a day after upgrading my os to 7.1. Very thin and looks great. Hybrid keyboard and touch screen design makes navigation easy. Can take advantage of keyboard shortcuts.
