Seller listed item as new. No way. The thumb sticks are dirty and the controller had used batteries installed. The seller didn't ship for a week. Shipped the controller box with a USPS label on it. No outer box, no bubble wrap, just a flimsy beat-up box. The controller box has 4 strips of scotch tape holding it shut. I purchased as a birthday gift. Am i going to give a dirty used controller as a birthday gift. No! shipping late the seller sent a refund but, wasn't new so negative feedback.
