This product was brand new out of the OEM box as advertised. But I would like to emphasize my feedback on the seller. He was absolutely fantastic to work with, and I had an extremely frustrating Shipping experience ( not his fault, but the post office’s fault) sending him multiple messages and bugging him with questions but every time he answered clearly, concisely, and quickly. it was very much appreciated and customer service friendly.
