    quick service, no problems with product, packaging could be improved

    I love it! The colour is great and the grooves int he back of the case make it easy to grip whilst using it. I was a little bit dubious about the unofficial packaging and lack of instructions manual as well as no headset..don't know whether that usually comes with a blackberry but I've always received one when I've bought new phones in the past. Other than that it has worked perfectly in the month that I've had it and would definitely recommend to a friend.
