The generator works great and easy to set up. However, the owners could use a little improvement. Some of the illustrations didn’t sense and seemed like they drawn by a 8yr old. In addition, it took longer than I thought to arrive but other than that the quality of the unit was excellent and the price of $262 was incredible for a 3500watt generator. Most other units at this capacity are least $100 more or higher.

The instructions were not clear as to how to assemble and looked more to be a schematic than instructions the turner was broken when arrived and box was in excellent condition whoever packed it did not pay attention to detail of its broken state and when I sent a request for replacement they ask for pictures of the box to blame the shipper when they had not even taken care of their own handling issues and offered $5 and that I might find the pritaroy part locally to repair myelf, poor product!
