Awesome seller! Drives arrived very thoroughly and neatly packaged and were in flawless condition when I pulled them out. All but one of the drives worked perfectly in my system after doing a "quick" sector reformat to get them working. The one drive was unfortunately DOA even thought it looked fine from the exterior. However after contacting the seller they apologized and offered a partial refund for the DOA drive within the day which I was very happy about! I'll definitely buy from them again!
