Ebay repackaged my luxury item in a blue satin bag which caused blue colour transfer to my item in multiple areas. I have tried to remove with no success. My luxury item now has a bargin basement look. I have tried to contact ebay on several occasions with no success. Very upsetting! This is no fault of the seller but ebay itself.
