Lightweight and comfortable
I worked in a call center environment and am on the phone all the time. I have tried many headsets before and this is the most lightweight and comfortable one so far. Noise cancelling mic works well. I used to use a b and name headsets because they have the best noise cancelling mic; but those headsets are way too heavy and after 30 mins I get head and neck pain. I would highly recommend plantronics.I worked in a call center environment and am on the phone all the time.
