Three of the 10 items cannot be used because they are defective. Pictures were provided to the seller contacted several times and no response was ever received. No return communication at all. This is no way to do business. All I asked is for them to replace the 3 defective items. Or return 30% of the price. But don't just ignore the customer. Plugs are Off-Center, and one was jammed with Metal Filings. See the Photos Below.

Item was not as described. If you look at the pictures I ordered a light blue crystal drawer pull. What I received were darker blue drawer pulls. I did keep them but set them aside and I contacted this seller and sent them pictures of what they advertised and what I actually got. I got absolutely no response from them. Not very good customer service. They are still showing the same picture but it is not what you get.
