Difficult person to work with for a return. Sold an item not as described. Was broken and defective instead of brand new.

The dress was brand new (as shown in pictures), and in new condition at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, the buyer wore the dress, and them wanted to return it. It was stained, and there were obvious signs of wear, even though buyer denied even trying the dress on. Ebayer was reported for this.
