The items arrived just as the seller stated. the one thing that I thought was a little over kill was the packaging. there was 3 separate packages that were approx 12" x 12" x 1/ 2", EACH that had a small bag of rubber bands. Yes it was the SHIPPING was no charge to me but THEY, are wasting money And that would mean either lower cost to me or Better Profit to them.

    HIGHLY disappointed!

    I’ve had this futon for two months and have neglected to contact or review based on the fact that I needed it. However, I have to say that I am highly dissatisfied. Assembling the futon was extremely difficult because MANY of the screws DID NOT FIT. This forced us to assemble the futon in a very unstable manner. Since It was assembled, we decided to “make do.” However, we found that screws constantly would pop out, ultimately leading to a loss of essential parts. Now, only two months later - the bed will not lay down completely and will not sit up either. We spend many days simply having to push the futon against the wall to make sure it sits up. At night, it’s just like sleeping on a regular couch because It doesn’t lay down in a bed mode and stay there. I am highly frustrated and ...

    Built well, Works

    It's a good product, well made and sturdy. I would give 5 stars if the pads were a better material. They are a pressed foam which seems to cheapen the item, and the 'mattress' doesn't lay flat after being up in a sofa position.

    Uncomfortable and Cheap
