These Actually Work!
I refused to pay the ridiculous price for these original Polaris swivels 5 years ago, so I purchased the cheaper ones that many EBay sellers offer. I installed those. and after the first 5 minutes of use my Polaris hose wound up in one great big knot. I took a photo and sent it to the seller stating that they were awful. For the next 5 years I spent my time cursing my robot for making knots, wading into the pool to untangle the hose and then ten minutes later doing the same thing. A couple of weeks ago, I asked myself why am I doing this? (I know, a VERY SLOW learner) I broke down and bought these Polaris swivels. Installed them a week ago, and to date, my robot has not been cursed at ONCE! These actually work. I still think they are overpriced but my pool days have become much more ... Stops cord from getting tangled.
For the past 4 years my polaris cord has continually gotten tangled up. Finally the swivel broke and was replaced with these Polaris branded swivels. Now the cord does not get tangled and it cleans leaves much more effectively. Wish I had done this a lot sooner.

USE ONLY GENUINE POLARIS PARTS!
I had cheaper generic swivels on my 55,000 gallon pool. They didn't leak, but the hose tangled constantly. Paid a little more for these but the sweep now sweeps like it should. Worth more for sure!

Fixed my Problem
My old swivels were leaking and the robot would get hung up. Everything works as good as new after replacing them with new ones. A good price for genuine Polaris part.

I only recommend genuine Polaris swivels....many others claim to be as good but they are not. One set I tried said they contained ball bearings but were just a cheap washer that went bad in 3 of them in 2 weeks.
