There is no way in the world this item is "new" and should not have been listed as such. Just look at the pictures. Perhaps this was an attempt to get the item in front of more viewers? That said, I knew it was not new because of the pictures, and the item that showed up was exactly what was in the pictures, so I got what I ordered. And it got here quicker than expected. So I cannot give it 5 stars, but 3.5 - 4 stars seems appropriate. Thanks.
