    Not just pillow talk, baby

    With or without seeing the evil dead 1&2, this movie holds its own. Viewable for all ages, this classic reigns supreme. No super hero can stand with the our ultimate hero through time. Bruce Campbell is an actor among actors. He takes bravery, skill and agility to a whole new level in this action/adventure/romance/drama/horror/and slight fiction. If you havnt seen ARMY OF DARKNESS, then get some glasses you screw head! Now get in your knees and hail to the king baby!

    One of my all-time favorites

    Army of Darkness Army of Darkness is one of my all-time favorite Low-Budget horror films. It's B-Level Movie at it's absolute best. With a bigger budget the special effects and costumes are a lot better than the first two Evil Dead films but the element of cheese is still there. Bruce Campbell delivers one of the best performances in cinematic history and really solidified himself as one of the Baddest Men on the Planet. Army of Darkness is hilarious, action-packed, and a little freaky at times. Army of Darkness is a classic and it belongs in everybodies DVD collections, right next to Evil Dead 1 & 2. Final Verdict: 5/5 Rent or Buy?: A must buy, along with Evil Dead 1 & 2. IF YOU FIND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL PLEASE REMEMBER TO VOTE. Thank you.

    "Good. Bad. I'm the guy with the gun."

    this directors cut is sweet!! it's very cool to see the extra scenes added to the film along with the alternate ending (which added about ten extra minutes!). it's a must have for die hard Evil Dead/Army of Darkness/Bruce Campbell fans but not needed for people who just "like" said movies/actor. the only downside to this version is that the picture quality gets grainy and degrades at times, especially during scenes where the new footage is added. if you already own the stripped down version and need to add this to your collection then i suggest you get this movie used or at a reduced price as opposed to paying full/brand new price...like Ash says, "shop smart, shop S-Mart."

    One of the best movies made. Bruce Campbell is Ash. Fighting the Army Of Darkness even though he was at fault. Find out why. Great special effects & story line. Funny & interesting.
