This DVD was stated as BRAND NEW still in shrink wrap never open never taken out of the case"that was not true"there was NO shrink wrap on the case, it was open but so far dvd works, I haven't finest watching it but even if the dvd shows the whole movie, this DVD is NOT NEW and it HAS BEEN OPEN.
