So far extremely negative experience with this seller. The shoes are defective as they are labeled size 11 but are in fact much smaller. I have contacted seller and sent him photographs and description of problem.
I suggested a partial credit and he refused. He said send them back, but he won’t pay return shipping. He says he doesn’t make the shoes, as if somehow he feels that excuses him from selling defective product.
Very rude and uncaring about his customers and even his reputation.
