Item was very delayed and kept reminding seller to check with courier. When it came eventually, the box was massively bashed about and one end opened. All paperwork plus fittings including castors were missing.
Seller refunded £20 but I asked for a copy of instructions and guarantee and they have not turned. Overall a unsatisfactory transaction.
