Its November 2016 and I jus got an asus board upgrading from an asrock. The video cards can tell the difference, they get demanded upon. Now a day it seems to me that a 2gb card is basic for two monitors and DDR4 set up on LGA2011. I have to do some thing cheap on my setup and cards are carried over from my last setup. It is always a good idea to get SLI or Crossfire in case technology demands more video. That is a plus for this card. Two of these is Ok for basic internet with video watching, web surfing, you don't have to activate crossfire, just have two cards in the slots. I still use VGA monitors and these cards do that with adaptor, just don't mess with HDMI at all. These cards have a very tight heatsink with very fine fins, you must use canned air every month about to keep a layer of dust from blocking air. The visual quality is very, very good, just being able read a page and have sharp lettering. I have been a fan of XFX since the 9600 GSO 768 card which had a lifetime warrantee. I will tend to trust XFX as a good card. I am going to upgrade when I can afford it to a 2GB card that will run VGAs in 2017.Read full review

Simply I needed an HDMI interface for my new monitor. This card filled the bill at a very nice price.

Excellent video card!, i can play battlefield 3 on High with 1920x1080 resolution with permanent 30 fps!
This is a wonderful card for the money. Gets the job done nicely. Does everything I need it to do and more. Highly recommended for people on a low budget. Great performance per dollar ratio.
It worked beautifully, just didn't work with what I needed it to.
