Came poorly packaged (penny sleeve loose in a PWE) and was damaged in mail- vertical crease the length of the card corresponding to bend in envelope. Seller stated that they ship all cards this way, and I’m the first person that had a problem. Also was charged $1.11 eBay shipping and card was sent with a single Forever stamp. Was refunded, but only after requesting a return from eBay. Overall not a great transaction, but choosing neutral rather than negative as it was eventually refunded.
