The seller was GREAT!!! When you purchase a used laptop you don't expect it to be perfection. The seller provided detailed pictures and a description of the imperfections and the laptop was better than I expected. There were issues with the shipping co and the seller was excellent in communicating while it was solved. And lastly, the box arrived damaged by the shipping co but it was so well package laptop arrived undamaged. Would definitely buy from again!!!!

Excellent seller with terrific support and communication! The laptop was perfect for what I needed at a great price, but it got damaged in shipping. It was insured and the seller just needed a couple photos to file a claim with the carrier. I returned it within the 30-day period and got a full refund within a day of it arriving back at the seller. I'm super pleased with the seller wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again! Even return shipping was paid for!
