This doll house was a hit with my grand daughter and a hit with me for it ease of construction (directions are clear) and all parts were clearly labeled and the construction is sturdy. The graphics on the walls, floor and roof of the doll house are excellent and there is lots of doll house furniture included in this kit. There are no people included in this kit. Fairly easy to put together
It was fairly easy to put together. My husband mixed up the colored screws a little, so he had to go back and change a few of them. It took him about 2 hrs. altogether. It's very bright and our granddaughter loved it. I did buy some wooden people to populate the house, but that was the only thing extra we needed.

Good value on a starter dollhouse.
My little one loves the doll house. It should be placed on a table or stand otherwise its very hard to play on the bottom floor. Assembly was easy but one of the vertical wood supports was incorrectly manufactured. I had to modify it to get it to work.
