      Awesome for the money!

      Works well, need to remember to hit the shuffle all more than once to get to get a different shuffle order unless you like the one it gives first. I've had no problems and I'm satisfied with the results. I use it mainly on my motorcycle. I have to adjust the volume as it doesn't keep the music at the same level, just as it is when downloaded, but no big deal, the volume control is an easy thumb button.

      I am quite pleased with the performance of this product! Great value, too!

      I have owned the 4 GB version of this media player before. How much better with double the memory capacity at 8GB! The price offered for the 8GB was less than when I had purchased the 4GB player. It is quite durable and the battery life lasts quite a long time. It endures well even in the heat here in Arizona. This player is quite easy to use, a plus especially while using it at the gym. I would definitely buy this player again in the future. Highly recommend purchasing this player.

      Best mp3 player I've owned. Great buy for the price.

      Purchased the Philips GoGear mp3 player for simple, recreational/relaxation tunes. I wanted an easy to use, attractive device not overly loaded with features I would pay for but never use. This one is easy to set up; easy to download songs; easy to operate. Every bit the bargain I hoped for. This is my third mp3 player (I seem to go through them with outdoor activites). Best sound, easiest to operate, best software of any of them. My only complaint is that battery life does not seem to live up to expectations. Write-ups promise 15 hours; I'm getting 8-9, which isn't bad. This is a great buy for the price if you want a fairly basic mp3 player. Would recommend to others and buy another one if I trash this one.

      Big Jams in little box.

      This is a really nice little MP3 player, especially when listening to good ole rock n roll on some high end headphones, great clarity on sound and bass, it has a built in equalizer as well as an FM receiver, picture and video viewer. One thing I didn't like is it showed to have a voice recorder on the specifications list but didn't have one, other than that. Great player for the money.

      Glitch in software

      I've bought 4 of the devices. Just hooked up a new one, and the music is garbled coming through the headphones...and I tried three sets of headphones. First device I've had problem with. I have formatted the songs, reset the device, and still same problem. This may go back to the retailer...but with the number he has so of these units, I can see where one might have a problem. May just be a small glitch that I haven't figured out. If it wasn't for that, I would give the GoGear Vibe a better rating.
