Absolutely beautiful piece! Seller was very communicative, informed me about every delay in shipping, and was very gracious about any tardiness. Item was shipped with care in sheets of protective paper and folded neatly in a plastic film-like bag. Shipping was a bit expensive but expected given the size and weight. A wonderful seller to do business with and would happily do so in the future. Thanks so much for this lovely mattress! I can't wait to use it :) I'll try to add pics in the future
