    AM Yoga with Rodney Yee

    I love the AM Yoga routine, I take 20 minutes to do it every morning before work. It gets out all the kinks and stiffness. It is easy enough that anyone can do it and Rodney gives excellant instructions. I have other routines by him and this is my favorite. PM yoga is just ok. She seems to give Pre-beginner instruction for advanced positions.It is also harder for me to make time do do it in the evening.

    Great for Beginners

    I have been doing this series of yoga for over 20 years and the program is definitely for beginners but just enough to help you with balance problems and to really lose weight. You will be surprised how fast pounds drop of from just doing yoga.
