I’ve been an eBay user for 25 years. The seller is a horrible business person. They sent me the wrong item and I offered to send it back and they told me to keep it and they’re going to refund me. Two weeks later, they never did.. I called eBay. Apparently, even though I was kind and all of my interactions, this seller decided to block me and not speak to me again. I still never got my money back. Beware – do not use this person because they are not a decent trustworthy person.

This buyer's negative review is 100% justified because we made a terrible mistake. We hired a company to handle our shipping and thought they were able handle our refunds as well. We told them about it, went out of the country, and didn't find out about this issue until we returned. The buyer has now been refunded and we deeply apologize for our mistake on this issue.
The buyer was kind and generous throughout all of it - we just made a huge mistake that we take responsibility for.
