The box in which the monorail was shipped was damaged but the monorail was not. This is probably the reason why it took 10 days from purchase to delivery. USPS accepted responsibility for the damage. One of the passenger cars is missing a door which makes it unusable. Wasn't mentioned in the description but a relook at the pics shows it missing. My fault for not catching it.
