Seller sold me a defective and non working CPU that he did not even test and determine the status of. The item was not listed as untested and that he got it off an Amazon pallet. Never would have bought this if it was listed correctly. After testing it and determining it was defective I sent it back to the seller. He denied my refund because it had thermal paste on it from testing it in my system. Avoid this scammer. Has no idea what he is selling and denies refunds for broken items.
