I ordered 4 of these as Christmas gifts, but when they arrived, and I tried one on it wasn't nearly as long as the photo indicated it would be. I contacted the seller thinking they'd sent the wrong item, but they said they only had the one style. I then asked to send them back, but instead they issued me a partial refund, and the issue was resolved in that manner. They still function as a hat, just not one that covers the neck! Thanks! D.
