So the sound quality is really good, for some one who normally purchases Sony and has the last three years purchased thier top tier earbuds , the bass is on par , however the extra tech gets in the way , i have had to re-pair numerous times phone and laptop . so the software definitely needs improving it seem bugs and the touch is to sensitive.
