The bottle may be small but it packs a punch. I learned that the hard way as I didn't properly adhere to the instructions for use. I didn't notice any redness so I used it everyday (and as a first time user that's a no no) and after a week my skin was peeling and reddish. I stopped use to let my skin heal and will continue only as the directions state. Product works amazing, just be sure to follow instructions.

After using this product I noticed a significant Improvement in my complexion and the fine lines and even some deeper lines around my jaw and mouth. They are very shallow lines now and not as noticeable and The more I've been using it the less noticeable they become. I had a little problem with redness in certain areas and a little peeling but nothing that I couldn't resolve with added moisturizer and a complexion brush that did the job. When I started to get redness and flaking I just backed off a couple of days and treated my skin with more moisturizer and the complexion brush and I was good to go again.

This works as well as the retinol I get when I go to the dermatologist. The portion is smaller though. But if you want to try prescription strength retinol you will see the difference that this makes. Like my dermatologist says all the stuff you buy o.t.c. doesnt work (i.e. Olay, Garnier, Roc, Nutragena, Anew etc.). When you try real prescription strength stuff you actually see improvement besides just having bought a really good moisturizer like all of the other stuff.
