    Rugged smartphone, not state-of-the-art, a few years old, intuitive "as you expect" user interface

    Since it is used & a few years old, it is not state-of-the art, but it suits me well for the "out-of-contract" price. After purchasing a Samsung smartphone and using for less than a year about 5 years ago, it is nice to have a smartphone that works. Samsung has a software bug whereby a text message incoming when you are on a phone call shuts the entire phone down, and somehow it rebuilds itself in about 24. This bug was documented in various Samsung models in Samsung User Forums. I am very happy with the HTC Inspire thus far. I cannot be accurate about the battery life yet. It seems a little short, but I need to purchase a new battery to be totally accurate in that regard. When buying a used phone, make sure the feedback rating is adequate from he seller, and/or the serial number ...

    Easy navigation, very durable.

    This phone looks and operates like a new one, this is the second Inspire that I have owned, these phones are very durable and easy to use, the only thing that I dislike about the phones is their battery drain, with phone on and not in use, the battery only last about 12 to 14 hours, much much less when in use.

    BAD SIM

    I was going to cancel my order because my daughter did not like the phone but felt bad about it after he made the comment about eating the 3.00 shipping charge after it had been processed. I am having to eat 30.00 because the SIM card cannot be recongnized after taking it to the AT&T store to transfer her # too it. So I ate the cost of a bad phone.
