Fraudulent representation by seller of item as new open box. Item arrived scuffed, dirty inside and out showing heavy use and moisture damage to electrical contacts internally. Contacting seller for resolution gave no Good Will response to the bad shape the “New” item arrived in. The issues were clearly not transport damage but wear and abuse over time. Bought a brand new unit from another eBay seller to compare them and it arrived pristine as reference. Very disappointed with seller’s deceit!
