    Changing my life

    After one month of taking this while changing my diet and exercising, I had my first period that was not medically induced with medication. I still struggle to lose weight, it is slow going, but it is going. Also, I have faced many circumstances that I have cried and been sick with worry or angry and on verge of exploding all the time. I have felt level headed, my anxiety is better, and I am not sure if it is this stuff or not, but my binge eating urges have subsided. They still occur on occasion, but not nearly as often. I would recommend anyone with PCOS taking this. I cant take metformin, it makes me too sick. I have no side effects with this.
