Less than adequate packaging for the aluminum trim pieces shipped in a 2"x8"x 54" box, the item came bent and damaged and seller was quick to point out that I had a claim to file with the USPS...what a process, the item is now in the garbage. I have since ordered the exact same item from a reputable seller and it arrived in a box within another box and was perfectly intact...and it was brand new and not used. Excuses and blame are all that I received from the seller.

Very adequate packaging that USPS badly damaged (our first in 23 years). Insurance claim process started and replacement part was ready to ship but customer decided zero communication and a Neg feedback was the fairest option.

There was no communication from the seller indicating they planned to do anything as they state below. msg from the seller after getting a negative review..threatening and insulting...this is escalated to ebay

This package was MORE THAN ADEQUATE. You are the one that probably damaged it.

I contacted the seller over shipping & customer service was not helpful & rude over where it was shipped as I live about 1000 miles away, yet Ebay had it shipped about 3000 miles east then north & then back west. They said they do not ship to Canada yet accepted my Money & never told me about the long journey it had to take to get here. However the part was as described & what I wanted. Just not impressed with customer service & how the shipping was handled.

Shipping in Canada was not an option in listing but.Ebay global shipping allowed the sale.THANKS EBAY!!!! Buyer then bitches about shipment going to ebays distribution center first. Blames us for their inability to READ the AD.
