I purchased a described as new turtlebeach headset. When the headset arrived I noticed immediately that the seal on it had been tampered with. When I opened the (new) box I found a cracked interior case, cracked headset frame, no instructions, and lint on the ear cups. The seller accepted return, then accused me of swapping out the unit and returning it to ebay because serials didn't match. The buyer also admitted they get these units from returns hmm (new). Buyer beware of a price too be true.

Probably a first for the seller and I but somehow someway my item was in Shipping land for over 3 weeks. I was beginning to think I was not gonna get it. The seller was doing everything to ensure that worst case scenario they would refund me. I filed a claim after 3 weeks from purchase date which allowed 3 days before eBay stepped in. Today was the last day and my package arrived. Super happy it came and also glad I didn't have to do the refund. Seller is wonderful, this was out of their hands.

    It is well worth the Money.

    I like it, it's not bad to set up. But the only thing; I wish the paper holder was in the front and enclosed, because where the paper holder is on this printer to dispense the papers into the printer is in the back on top and if it's up against a wall or something else; the papers get wrinkled or bent. But everything else is great especially I can see how much ink is in the machine to the other type( cartridges), yea you can look up how much ink is in the printer. Ink on the Epson it's visible and such a value I have printed alot and it doesn't look like it used any ink. The ink is cheaper then the HP cartridges I used and I Love it; it's a 3 in one; scanner, copier and prints and it's not as big as my old HP pinter. the other thing is I can't figure out how to scan items to my Mac ...

    Not G5 compatible

    It took three calls to tech support over two days to get it up and running, only on third call did I learn that it can't work with g5 internet speed. So I can't use the wireless aspect of the printer - something I really wanted but got it wired to my Chromebook and it works. Happy to be done with tone cartridges, but haven't had to refill the tanks yet so hoping it'll be as easy as it turned out to be when I got a tech support person whose accent didn't hamper our interaction.

    Great Color Printer But Not Perfect Machine.

    I love the quality of Epson ECO-TANK color printer, it work great in printing quality and sometimes it has few paper snag then I had to pull it out, restart again.
