We had a bit of a snafu with wrong product being sent. However, seller was very quick to reply to my concerns, was very apologetic and remedied the situation immediately with a PayPal refund. Kept communications open.I hope to deal with them again.
Item was promptly shipped with tracking.
I believe this was just one of those mix ups that happen and they based their description on what the manufacturer stated, which wasn’t correct. However, it was a new piece!
