Packaged well and received new as pictured. However, these shoes were much larger on me than any size 11 shoe I have tried on in the store so I think this shoe may be a men’s size 11 because it fur my husband! I attempted to communicate with the seller about my issue but received no response. Unfortunately they are too large so I’m returning them.
