I am only saying that it came on time because it came within the LONG ETA date set by ebay and seller. Chinese SpeedPak is very slow of all Chinese courier services. I keep telling myself to stop ordering from Chinese sellers but sometimes I can't help it. The item looks cheap and NOT safe to use for driving in my opinion. But just to be fair I had to see it in person to make a review. I don't need a refund because there are other people that want to see it first before they order too.
